Growing up in Georgia, Jordan's exposure to popular music and story-songs shaped him into the musician he is today. After studying musical theatre in college, he headed to New York City to become himself. He went from stage to nightclub to bar to street corner, developing his songs in front of listeners of varying temperaments.
Jordan later moved to Los Angeles, seeking a fresh start. He did the coffee house circuit, and further sculpting his music and sound. Along the way he met accomplished drummer Kenwood Anderson, and in-demand bassist Keith Eaddy. This partnership has created a fun, passionate energy woven into their live and recorded performances.
“These are stories from my life, but they are everyone’s lives. I think people respond to my lyrics because they have lived what I’m singing about.”
